The following conditions apply to our programme offer:

  1. When is the best time to book a course?

    As soon as possible, as places fill up quite quickly on some courses.
  2. How do I find more information about my course?

  3. If enrolling for more than one course, do I fill in two booking forms?

  4. Do I need to bring anything to the first session?

    Please bring payment (cheque, cash or a record of BACS transfer), pen and paper for notes and your tutor will advise you if you need anything more.
  5. What do I do if I have particular needs or allergies?

    Please inform your tutor, this will be treated with discretion.
  6. How do I pay for a course?

    By cheque, cash or BACS payment
  7. Who do I make my cheque payable to?

    Enjoy Learning
  8. Can I pay for individual weeks?

    No, payment is only for the full course at your first session.
  9. What happens if I am put on a waiting list for a course?

    You will be contacted as soon as a place becomes available.
  10. What do I do if after applying for the course I am unable to attend the course?

    Contact us through the contact us page of the website.
  11. Will I receive a refund if I miss classes?

    Payment is always for a full course, the only exception is when you have to leave the course due to illness.
  12. If I did not attend in the first term, can I start in January or April?

    Yes, but if it is a beginners course, the second and third terms will not be at absolute beginners level, so would assume some knowledge of the subject.
  13. Do you send a reminder out before a course starts?

    No, you will need to note this in your diary and attend the class. Refer back to the website for any further information.
  14. Do you accept students under 18?

    No, our classes are for 18 and over. No upper limit.
  15. I have mobility problems, are classes accessible?

    Most classes are accessible, where they are not accessible this is clearly indicated on the website and the brochure.
  16. Where can I park?

    All centres have different parking arrangements. See website or ask your tutor at the first class. Enjoy Learning cannot be held responsible for damage to parked cars or accidents that occur to and from centres.
  17. What data do you hold?

    We hold the information you have provided on each of your enrolment forms. Your name, address, e-mail address (if appropriate), telephone number(s), the course you’ve enrolled on, payment and method of payment.
  18. Who has access to my data?

    The administrative staff of Enjoy Learning and your Tutor.
  19. In what form is my data held?

    The enrolment form is filed and the data is transferred onto a computer database.
  20. If I wish to see my data, how do I go about it?

    Contact Gillian Ramsden, Director, Enjoy Learning, to make an appointment.
  21. Do you share my information with anyone else?

    No, it is only used for internal administration.
  22. How long do you hold my data?

    Legally, data is held securely for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes.
  23. How will my data be disposed of?

    Anything on paper will be shredded and any electronic information will be deleted.
